Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Malaysia & Singapore. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you.
5. Damages
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
However, if you receive the wrong item or a clearly damaged product, please reach out to us directly for a replacement (see our Return & Refund Policy).
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders)
Yan Department is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
